Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Made-to-Order Policy

Every Sky Blue Watersports garment is produced specifically at the time an order is placed. We do not carry inventory or resell returned merchandise.

Because of this made-to-order model, all items are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Color preference

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about fit, contact us prior to ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially defective, you must contact Sky Blue Watersports within thirty (30) days of delivery.

To initiate a claim, please email hello@shopskyblue.com and include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the defect

All defect claims are reviewed and processed in coordination with our fulfillment partner. If the issue is confirmed in accordance with their production standards, a replacement item will be issued at no additional cost to you.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a replacement is not available or cannot be fulfilled.

Additional Terms

Claims submitted more than thirty (30) days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse are not considered defective.

Approved remedies will be processed within a reasonable timeframe consistent with fulfillment partner review procedures.
